Refund, Returns and Health and Safety Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchased.

Please remember to send your package via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

Please contact us before any products are returned to us so we can provide a shipping address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 working days.

Items deemed to be in a poor condition will not be refunded and can be returned to you.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We are not accepting any exchanges at this time. If you would like to change your purchase for another item, please refer to our returns section above. Once returned with the above conditions, we will provide a refund and you will be able to purchase the item you want.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

Warranty ***Only For Stand Up Paddle Boards***

Our Stand Up Paddle Boards have a 1 year manufacturers warranty. 

If your item is faulty, please contact us and provide 3 photographs of the fault. We can offer you an exchange, refund for the faulty product within 1 year of purchase, we deduct any shipping costs.  

Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, punctures, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

You must abide by the following conditions :-

Do not store them in a hot environment for extended periods, Do not store them in cold environments for extended periods. 

Do not leave the Paddle Board Full inflated as this will damage the board.

The manufacturer reserves the right not to replace the item if you have not stored them correctly. Do not leave the Paddle Board Full inflated as this will damage the board. Do not use the paddle board in extreme heat.

Health and Safety ***Stand Up Paddle Board***

Use of this product and participation in the sport includes inherent risks of injury and death.

  • To reduce risks the user must :-
  • Only paddle to your ability and stay close to shore.
  • You should always paddle accompanied by a second person for safety.
  • Avoid paddling in a seaweed or offshore wind and in general strong winds.
  • Take note of changing weather conditions.
  • Never use when partaking in alcohol, drugs, medications due to substances that affect your physical status
  • Never paddle on fast flowing rivers or near to moored boats.

 Must Do’s

  • Only one person per board.
  • Always use an approved lifejacket, personal floatation device.
  • Have one (1) buoyant heaving line at least 15 metres long.
  • Have one (1) sound signalling device i.e. whistle must be on board
  • Have one (1) watertight flashlight on board
  • Use ankle leash provided but breakaway quick release leashes are highly recommended and is a must on rivers.
  • Do not use if the paddle board has any damages
  • The paddle boards are not intended to be used as a life saving devices or personal floatation devices.
PICKLEBALL SESSIONS, PADDLES and Accessories 
 
Pickleball Sessions :-
There no refunds for any of our pickleball sessions that are booked and paid for. If you are unable to attend or your child is unable to attend you will not receive a refund. 
 
Pickleball Paddles :-
 
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our paddles that have been used. If they have not been used please contact us within 28 days of purchase. 
 
Pickleball Accessories :-
 
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any of our paddle covers.
